Xi'an Representative Office
Established in July 2002, the SFKS Xi'an Representative Office is the first and currently the only foreign law firm in the north-western part of the PRC. The Representative Office advises clients on Hong Kong laws, international treaties and international practice.
 The Xi'an Representative Office handles a broad spectrum of legal works including:
  • Hong Kong/overseas listing
  • recognition and enforcement of PRC arbitral award in Hong Kong
  • represent PRC clients in legal proceedings in Hong Kong
  • provide legal opinions on Hong Kong laws for litigations in the PRC
  • provide advice to Hong Kong and foreign clients in their investment in the PRC, review contract, business negotiation and liaison service
  • conduct company search both in Hong Kong and the PRC
  • documents attestation service

The service of the Xi'an Representative Office in PRC extends to all provinces and cities of the PRC.

With a view to facilitating foreign clients' understanding of economic and legal information about the Mainland, the Representative Office collects the latest developments of laws, regulations and economy of the PRC and distributes an electronic newsletter to our clients on a monthly basis.

Apart from maintaining close contact with law firms and government departments in the Shaanxi Province, the Xi'an Representative Office has also established an extensive communication network with lawyers in other cities and provinces and is able to provide clients with comprehensive legal services.
