1) Mr. Chan Wai Leung, Alex will retire as Partner and remain as Consultant of the firm from 1 July 2023. Alex has been with the firm since 1993 and has dedicated most of his legal career to the firm. He has played a pivotal role in various high-profile litigations handled by the firm scoring victories for clients. The Partners extend their heartfelt thanks to Alex for his invaluable contribution to the success of the firm through his 30 years of exemplary service in the practice of dispute resolution.

2) Ms. Wong Cho Ying, Jenny will be admitted as Partner of the firm from 1 July 2023. Jenny has joined the firm as trainee solicitor in 2014. Since being qualified as a solicitor in 2016, dispute resolution has been her main area of practice. She is well experienced in litigations of various natures and different levels of complexity and value. She played a leading role in a high-profile winding-up and bankruptcy case relating to a billionaire in town. She is now playing an important role in handling the first case on retail price maintenance commenced in the Hong Kong Competition Tribunal.
