We were appointed as the panel firm of solicitors for the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund Board in November 2022 and have assisted in numerous cases regarding petitioning for winding-up or bankruptcy against employers which were insolvent or in creditors’ voluntary liquidation, for expediting the disbursement of ex-gratia payments to affected employees under statutory regime through the filing of winding-up or bankruptcy petitions, and/or facilitating early repayment on outstanding payments.

We shall continue to contribute in public service with our expertise in insolvency and employment legal practice.
