We have advised Lifestyle Properties Development Limited in its successful review application before the Listing (Review) Committee against an earlier decision of the Listing Committee to reject the listing application of the company.

We are the legal advisers of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited and its subsidiary Lifestyle Properties in the proposed spin-off and separate listing of Lifestyle Properties on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Lifestyle Properties is principally engaged in property development and property investment. In the listing hearing held in June 2013, the listing application of Lifestyle Properties was rejected by the Listing Committee. Lifestyle Properties made an application for a review of the Listing Committee’s decision and the review hearing was held before the Listing (Review) Committee on 10 July 2013. The Listing (Review) Committee decided to overturn the decision of the Listing Committee and allow Lifestyle Properties to proceed with its listing application, subject to compliance with certain conditions to the satisfaction of the Listing Division(see the announcement of Lifestyle International on 12 July 2013 as per copy attached).
