We act for South West Eco Development Limited in its successful listing on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 14 December 2012 by way of placing. The group is principally engaged in the business of property development, property leasing, property management and consultancy services in Nanning, Guangxi, the PRC. The group is an award winning green building property developer in Nanning and intends to continue to develop properties with a green-focus.
