Our partner Roy Leung represented the Hong Kong Law Society to give a speech in May 2013 on the topic of "Matrimonial Issues and Civil Rights for Mentally Incapacitated Persons" in a professional development workshop attended by social workers of Hong Kong Christian Service, a social service organisation.
