As a law firm rooted in Hong Kong, integrated with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and connected to the world, SFKS was honored to be invited to participate as an exhibitor in the “HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition)” organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13 to 16 October 2026. The Fair is one of the largest electronics exhibitions in Asia, attracting exhibitors and buyers from around the world each year, and serves as an important platform for the industry to showcase products, exchange technological insights, and explore business opportunities. Our firm’s booth was located in the “GoGlobal Connect” zone, which aims to help enterprises expanding into overseas markets make good use of Hong Kong’s professional services platform to connect with international markets, expand overseas business, and contribute to the implementation of the National 15th Five-Year Plan.

As an increasing number of enterprises expand into overseas markets, the legal issues involved in cross-border transactions are becoming progressively complex. During the exhibition, representatives of our firm introduced our legal services in intellectual property protection, cross-border contracts, and dispute resolution to representatives of enterprises from different regions, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry friends to understand the legal challenges they face when expanding into overseas markets, providing preliminary advice on specific issues.
