SFKS Invited to Attend Thematic Sharing Session for Shunde Women Enterprisers Association
On the afternoon of April 28, 2026, at the invitation of the Shunde Women Enterprisers Association, Managing Partner Roy Leung, Senior Partner Simon Siu, Senior Partner Joseph Wong, Founding Partner Peter Sit, and Associate Carrie Li of SFKS, together with members of the Hong Kong Copia Family Office, visited Daliang, Shunde, to attend a thematic sharing session titled “The Super Connector for Going Global”, engaging in in-depth exchanges with over 30 women entrepreneurs.
During the thematic sharing session, Founding Partner Peter Sit systematically introduced the characteristics of Hong Kong’s common law system, focusing on asset risk and wealth management, as well as the core value of common law trusts. Mr. Sit highlighted that Hong Kong, as a common law jurisdiction, boasts a long-established and mature trust system. This system offers mainland entrepreneurs a pathway to wealth protection and succession that differs from the mainland legal framework, serving as a vital legal tool for family businesses to achieve “long-term sustainability”.
In the open exchange session, women entrepreneurs engaged in lively discussions with SFKS’s team on topics such as the establishment of family trusts and cross-border business expansion. The warm and cordial atmosphere further strengthened friendly exchanges and resource connections between Shunde and Hong Kong.
Looking ahead, SFKS will continue to uphold its service philosophy of “Serve Clients Respectfully and Apply Law Professionally”, maintaining regular collaboration with the Shunde Women Entrepreneurs Association and other GBA business associations. SFKS is committed to providing professional, practical, and reliable legal services to women entrepreneurs and family businesses, supporting entrepreneurs in the GBA in achieving stable growth and orderly succession on the global stage.
