During the discussions, President Wu Xingyin introduced the economic landscape of Foshan and the development of its legal profession, noting that the Foshan Lawyers Association is actively building platforms to facilitate regular exchanges with fellow lawyers from Hong Kong and Macao, integrating legal service resources within the GBA, and supporting enterprises in going global. Vice President Chen Zhikun shared Foshan’s policies and measures to support GBA lawyers practicing in Foshan, as well as efforts to nurture cross-border legal talent. He expressed hope that the discussion would further strengthen communication and collaboration with SFKS and other Hong Kong counterparts, jointly advancing the rule of law and coordinated development of legal services in the GBA.
