• Reviewing pre-sale consent, statutory declaration, sales and tender documents, agreement and assignment forms
• Compiling and reviewing an array of daily and monthly stakeholder reports

• Acting for a reputed corporate group in the leasing of its industrial buildings (including drafting tailor-made tenancy agreements and preparing licence templates)

Land acquisition & building management:

She prepares will, enduring power of attorney (EPOA), deed of family arrangement and assent. In addition, she handles non-contentious application for probate or letters of administration, as well as contentious probate proceedings and administration of estate. Besides, she provides sound advice on immigration pathways and prepares tailored visa submissions.
